Daniel Pliske was our trip organizer -we have used him before on a few other expedition cruises! I cant say enough about Daniel's professionalism and guidance thru the entire voyage ,not only preplanning but throughout the entire voyage! Iam not used to writing reviews my experience with cruise Norway expedition voyages spurred me to write it . I have booked 4 expeditions all done by John. I have done arctic and Galapagos on silver sea and east Greenland and east Antarctica to Ross sea and sub Antarctic New Zealand islands . The last 2 were solo . Booking the cruises with John was seem less and my queries and doubts cleared in no time my calls were always picked up and were done with warmth . And John managed to get as much discount as possible. Any documents needed my travel agent wanted for visa were provided . Getting such service in India is exceptional . Before I discovered cruise Norway I have been on 2 Antarctica cruises so I knew the difference in service. I am just back from 25 day cruise to east Antarctica on Douglas Mawson once in a life time trip .iam hoping to do a few more trips . Solo senior citizen exploring the world . My wife Carolyn and I have done two adventure cruises with Cruise Norway Swan Hellenic and Atlas to both Antarctica and South Georgia Islands as well as Greenland and Iceland. I also did a solo to Antarctica. Great trips which I got excellent value with assistance of Daniel Pliske who helped me lock in well discounted deals! Daniel is very knowledgeable and a good advocate for upgrades at low or no cost.

Diana did a great job of helping us with booking and arranging excursions and everything. She also helped find us a great price on the flights to and from Oslo. I highly recommend using an agent like Diana. She really knows the business and made the whole trip much more enjoyable and carefree. The cruise was wonderful, my cabin was very comfortable. And we had five nights of the northern lights!

Diana pick the perfect cruise for us . I told her what I want and suggested good cruise line for my Svalbard trip . Atlas world Navigator was a perfect fit for us . All the staff , the service , the food , the amenities are all amazing !!! Not only we got to see polar bears , arctic fox, and arctic birds we had history , information about the arctic that I never knew before . Love every moment of this trip . Sarah was very efficient with our booking of 3 adults and two teenagers and made sure we had wifi, tea and coffee and cabins with outside windows not far from each other at a good discount and some onboard credits. We enjoyed our cruise to the coastal towns and villages in Norway very much having reasonably good weather most of the time. The Norway towns felt well lit and festive even in the middle of the dark winter with few daylight hours. Onboard it was warm and cosy.
